Yes. Start a Live Activity and your CPU, RAM and disk stats stay in the Dynamic Island and on the Lock Screen.
Does it show each CPU core?
Yes. CPU tracking includes per-core usage.
Do I need iOS 26?
No. It runs on iOS 18 and later. iOS 26 adds the Liquid Glass look.
